Office accommodate a date change with short notice. Team was professional and efficient. The only reason the care to goods is good and not excellent is because they taped some item that should of been wrap instead. Now I have 2 items I need to clean of the tape glue. I've moved a lot and your team was really good with caring for the items and house. Using you got a load off me during this period.

Not all of our belongings made it on to the truck, and there was no contingency plan in place to retrieve them. When I asked the guys about it, they all seemed surprised that I was even asking about it. That said, Willy, Jonah, and Jaime(?) were professional, friendly, and courteous to that point and of course they wouldn't want to go back to get the remainder of our things as it was a long day for everyone involved. I ended up just leaving some things at my old house that I don't have a means of moving (aluminum ladder, etc.). Overall the service was good, but for the premium price I paid, I expect all of my belongings accompany me in my move.

Totally surpassed expectations for quality of work and value for money.

Since the City of Ottawa chose you and paid for your services and since I had no choice I feel that my experience will not be of any consequence, I have not found my bedding and am missing two adroid devices that were in one of my top drawers. I feel that the length of time it took to move one bedroom set a table and four small chairs and clothing was excessive. However, I am grateful that I am moved.

I am so happy I hired this company! From the office staff to the movers themselves everyone was amazing! Super nice, helpful, positive, upbeat attitudes. The movers were so fast and good at what they do. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to hire them!

My move was a hard day for me and the movers from Two Men and a Truck were so nice and helpful. They both worked quickly and took good care of my things. I had some mattresses and a couple of heavy things at the new house that I asked them to move to other rooms and they were happy and willing to do anything I asked. Everyone at this company is so pleasant to deal with!
