Everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and professional. The support staff followed up in a timely manner. The movers were quick and careful with moving my things. They had a great attitude even though it was -24 Celsius outside. The movers even had several helpful suggestions and handled unexpected situations smoothly. I was hesitant to use a moving company because I'd heard of surprise fees. My friend referred me and I'm glad I went for it. No surprise fees and a GREAT first experience. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for future moves.

What was starting out to be an emotional move for my mom, from her home of 46 years to an seniors apt, went so smoothly. From the first phone call to the office to the final box being moved, they were professional and pleasant. It was the coldest day of the year on December 27th, but William and his associate worked efficiently and got the job done. They were both pleasant and hard-working. Great care was given to every piece of furniture and each box that was packed. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who is looking to move. Thank you from my entire family. Sandy

I was very satisfied with the excellent servoce and follow-up offered by your office team. The moving team showed up on-time (5 min early Perfect!). Explained what they were going to do and were very efficient. I found your rates very reasonable and no request was too big or too small.

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The office team was receptive, friendly and helpful. The moving team was the best! Abdul and Brady were professional, friendly and took great care with our belongings. I would gladly recommend Two Men and A Truck!

I was worried about the movers being able to access my new home because it was on a hill. Melissa in the main office reassured me that there would be no issues after checking google earth. The day of the movers I also expressed the same concern and they told me not to worry and they would get the job did. Moving is stressful and everyone did there best to make things as easy and stress free as possible

The moving guys were super nice and kind and took good care in loading. The only negative was when taking things out they were placed on the ground where they got wet and muddy from snow and dirt and transferred that to other bins they were placed on. I was also charged 30min travel time each way when the gps says 10min and 15min respectfully.

They changed my moving time earlier which is good but didnandacirc;??t inform the drivers. The owner was kind and apologized and gave me a $10 discount in the hourly rate.

Though for moving one room literally (all bins were in one room) why it took longer than quoted was disappointing to have a larger bill than expected even when the discount.

Great company, very nice movers andamp; a little more care and better estimates would make it perfect.
