Due to weather, the truck arrived about 30 min later than what was agreed on, and there was no phone call to let me know. However, when I called the main office, they checked the GPS and let me know exactly when I should be expecting them. Overall though, very happy with the service, and will use them again!

It just felt like a family experience throughout the move. The team called us by our first names throughout. Put us ast ease.
