The whole team was amazing!! To move during a pandemic is beyond stressful and the move could not have gone smoother. The office team was responsive and reassuring. The movers the day of were punctual, fast, efficient and organized. The whole team was adaptive and prepared, could not recommend them more!

Two men and a truck sent two young guys to pack and move my belongings. At first I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t handle my furniture with care, or that day may ding my walls etc.… But, I’m pleased to say I was wrong. They were both extremely professional, and worked diligently to pack and move my entire place in a timely manner. I will definitely use their services for future moves!

The whole team made a very stressful day so much easier to deal with. They arrived on time; they worked diligently like true professionals to load and to unload our furniture and effects. They were very courteous and helpful every step of the way. They made sure all our requirements were met to our utmost satisfaction before departing. We will highly recommend this company.

Our request to move was last minute, urgent and in the midst of a pandemic. Beth at your Ottawa office worked hard to find a great solution. The team were experienced, professional and got the job done well in record time. We are grateful. Stay safe and well everyone. You are an essential and important business.

The movers left our place before the move was complete. One of the movers had to pick up his mother. They played loud music on a speaker as they moved throughout the apartment and hallways. We asked them to stop three times. This was the worst move of my life. I would not recomend this company after this experience. We completed the move, alone which took hours to finish. TERRIBLE.

The two movers we had were courteous and respectful. They were efficient and pleasant to have as movers. If I need to use your company again I will be asking for the same two movers. Kudos to these two team members.

The customer service from Tamara was excellent. She arranged a move for us in three days during the covid-19 crisis.
