Three young men did an excellent job of moving me. The lead mover was a bit rude but the overall experience was good.

The team was friendly, co-operative and very neat. Weather conditions could not have been better. This was a move after 46 years in our home. I hope we don’t move again but if we do, we know who to call.

The guys were great. This move was very relaxing to my husband and I. They were very polite and very helpful, it was the easiest and stress less move ever, and i’ve moved a lot. A big kudos to your team.

Estimation team not so much, 3 stars

We received 3 broken items upon delivery:
Tv stand worth $500 was broken in the back and sunken in, 2 mirrored nightstands were shattered in the front as well worth around $200 each.
Fabric bed arrived extremely dirty, and items were placed in random locations around the house.

Did damage to the carpet and we have to pay the deductible. Sent two e mails out at 5:11 in the morning. Took extra long for lunxh and we had to pay.

The workers were very polite and conscious of out property.

The moving team was amazing - I was very impressed with them. My only issue is the price. It costed over 1800 for a move that is only 3 minutes away. I find that very expensive. And I would like a break down of how it got that expensive.

Overall, I've been impressed as a whole with Two Men and A Truck Ottawa; right from the initial quote and booking, the pre-move check-in, the actual move, to the final follow up.
But specifically with the move day, the gentlemen who were assigned to perform my move were very pleasant and managed to complete the move quickly and with only minimal amounts of scratches or chips to wooden furniture (which I would expect to occur with any move).
From my perspective, it was a success. And I would certainly recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone who needs a home moving service.

Steve and Jack were prompt for my appointment, had good hustle, and were very friendly. They alleviated the stress of my moving day. They also honked the horn as they pulled out of the driveway much to my toddler nephew's delight. Highly recommend!
