- partial load wasn't mine
- Simple instructions where not followed
- Not equipped to move certain Items. Ex: Straps for appliances ( I paid other delivery guys to move some items later that same day)
- After watching them for a few minutes I decided to have them load the garage to keep them away from the house.

Our move team was amazing! Very kind, helpful and quick! Great experience.

This rating applies to the packing portion of our move.
We move on Wed Oct 16th

Very pleased with the moving service.
Pleasant helpful staff.
Excellent office personnel keep in touch regularly and are very clear and precise.
Highly recommend.

Office staff were helpful and friendly which gave me a more positive interest in this company than competitors queried.
Personable team of movers, efficient and worked at a steady rate.

My packing team (Jessica and Stephen) and my moving team (Stephen, Cole, and Jason (?) ) were excellent. They were very efficient, and exceedingly polite, and helpful. They assembled things in my new home, and Stephen even fixed a problem with one of my sinks! I was very impressed. They are all very lovely.

The team of Sean... and I'm sorry I forget the other name... maybe Steven... were AMAZING! They not only were great at their job, they were great guys to talk to. Thanks guys!

Andrew and Trev did an awesome job .They were very professional and took care to explain everything and my furniture was well wrapped. They were on time and also were done on time. I appreciate their job is difficult physically ( had to bring my couch up 4 flights of stairs) so I applaud them on a hard job well done and think they should be monetarily rewarded with a raise in pay- because whatever they make isn't enough in my books.
I will be referring them to friends who need assistance moving.

We were extremely satisfied with the service that the movers provided. Dennis, Tony and Brandon were a pleasure to work with. They were: receptive to our in-put, very effective and efficient, personable and showed care for our belongings. Because of their effectiveness, we have formally requested that the same team move the remainder of our belongings at the end of October. These three members of your company work well as a team and represent your organization in a positive manner. Although initially I thought that the price quoted was high, perhaps this was because of my lack of experience with moving companies. The coverage offered as well as your reputation helped us to decide on using your services. Our overall experience was very positive.

Excellent, on-time service with a clear explanation of the procedure and the final bill.
