Movers were efficient. Some drywall on the staircase ceiling was chipped and a couch was not put back together properly

Three items damaged during transport. There was a change in driver halfway through the move. The move took longer than expected. Three movers showed up vs two, yet took longer than estimated with two movers. The replacement driver left the residence without notifying me that he had left. I used them twice before this move, was very satisfied, but after this move, I no longer would recommend them.

Thank you so much to Eric, Luigi, Jonah, and Albert, you really made our move stress free and easy. I would recommend you to anyone!

Both movers where amazing, I am sad I can't remember both their names but both Cole and the other guy did a great job. I booked the move last minute and was very worried about the stairs and the new location but the guys did it without issue or complaint. They also didn't complain about making another stop due to lack of room. I am so grateful for the work they did.

Jonah and Andrew in my opinion are 2 great employees, very respectful of my furniture, they greeted me with a smile and hand shake, quickly got the job done. I will definitely recommend your company to others and will use your company again.

I did like the move and the movers did a great job. That being said, I was a bit disappointed over having to pay the 4 hour minimum plus tip for a move that took less than 55 minutes total :(
