Steve and Jack were prompt for my appointment, had good hustle, and were very friendly. They alleviated the stress of my moving day. They also honked the horn as they pulled out of the driveway much to my toddler nephew's delight. Highly recommend!

Other companies either did not return my call or promised to get back and never did. After two weeks of stress, I realized that we should try TMAAT after having seen the trucks on the road. A friend had previously used them and was very happy. The Ottawa office took my call immediately and provided an estimate within one hour; an agreement was reached the same day. There was subsequent confirmation of the date, and moving day proceeded way faster than expected. The team was incredibly friendly and efficient, and in the end our payment was lower than the estimate. I have already flagged to friends that TMAAT is the mover to use!
The only issue we have since discovered was two small pieces of wood knocked off the legs of our dining room table, which we are able to repair. Not bad!

The movers came 10 mins earlier which showed commitment they packaged everything carefully and loaded it on the truck . When then arrived the placed In the house and removed the packaging . Service was exceptional . Very happy will recommend to others . Thanks

The movers communicated very well and kept me informed. They were flexible and accommodating with my requests and had a " can do " attitude. The team was efficient and seemed to enjoy working together.

Very polite, courteous & professional service from start to finish.

Great service friendly and efficient. Appreciated the confirmation call. Only disappointment was this was a very small move and although understood the 4 hour minimum it only took About 2.5 hrs. So I paid more than I needed to.

I was extremely pleased with the move. The 3 gentlemen Eric, Ismael and Albert were courteous, friendly and worked well together. They were efficient and had a great sense of humour. I will recommend your company to anyone who is moving. My initial quote was exact. Thank you for making my move so smooth.

The office staff were very professional and answered all my questions. Sent me information quickly as indicated. A Pleasure to deal with.
The movers were impressive. They arrived on time and introduced themselves upon arrival. I showed them what was going and they set to work. They moved quickly and made sure not to damage any furniture or scratch any walls or doorways. Very professional in their dealings with me.

A great team and I would highly recommend for any of your moving needs. Thanks again guys!

A big thank you to the office staff and my movers, Mike, Trey, and Brandon, for providing an exceptional moving experience. From start to finish, my moving day went very smoothly. The guys were professional, friendly and worked efficiently. It was a huge relief having them there to help me out. I will highly recommend your company based on the experience I had. Thank you very much!

found the initial booking process a little confusing, after filling out the move form I received my quote and followed the prompts on the qoute page selecting book move thinking that this was registering my request. As I didn't recieve any confirmation I follow up at which point I was told that wasn't how you book but no where did it say you needed to call to confirm or actually book. That said, everything went very smoothly on the day of the move. the movers James & andrew arrived on time were very polite and despite it being one of the hottest days this summer & working in a home with no A/C they moved quickly and professionally without any complaints. The onloading went even better as by the time I got to my new place (had to pack some remaining things) they were already half done.
