Our movers were awesome, they were in great spirits and made what we thought was going to be a stressful day very easy for us.

The movers arrived very promptly, really took care of our property, and completed the move very quickly. As the work is billed hourly, there's always a worry with disreputable companies that the take longer than necessary. I didn't get that feeling at all with our movers; they were efficient and ended up completing the move in less time than expected. I would definitely recommend your service to others, and would use your service for future moves (although it's unlikely for a long while!).

My wife and had never moved and they made it an easy adventure. They were courteous and helpful, both in the field as well as administratively.
They brought a mishap to our attention immediately when damaging a small dent in the drywall.
Overall it was a good experience!

Move was originally scheduled for 9 am. A few days before I was asked if 2 pm was ok. Truck showed up at 6:30 pm. Damaged brand new gym equipment and some furniture.

Only comment is about the 4 hour minimum . I used under 2 then driving time. I was aware this was a small move but maybe have an option for smaller moves. Just a suggestion. Very pleased with the service and thank you for making a difficult time a little bit better

Had three fellows working this time, Denis, Rudy and Ismael. They showed up on time and ready to work. I had already packed up the vast majority of stuff to be moved and they were able to begin loading immediately upon arrival. Some few things remained to be packed and they handled these well enough. They unloaded the truck at my new location quickly and efficiently. Fortunately there was virtually no unpacking to do as we will be moving again before very long.
A very good team and I appreciate the smooth job that they did. Will certainly be using your service in the future.

Cole, Jacob and crew were amazing and energetic. They made a difficult day seem effortless.

- Excellent service to protect furniture to limit damage.
- The team did great for all the furniture to load. The shed was a little underestimated for the amount to load but they did well to load as much as possible in the truck and elements that would not be able to fit in my car.
- However, couple of furniture got scratch or part of the Pax broken (legs) and BBQ were damage during the move.

The movers were very courteous, worked quickly and were very clear when communicating with me. We did a long distance move that required a stop overnight and one of the movers gave me his phone number to communicate where they would be when, which I really appreciated. I was contacted by the office the day after my move to make sure all my questions were answered about my invoice and I was contacted before my credit card was authorized to let me know. Good customer service all around. The only way it could be improved was a clearer quote at the beginning, and I had some challenges contacting them to get more boxes but once I got a hold of them everything went great.

While as efficient as the moving team was, two important items were lost between points A and B. The follow up from the office team was slow, even though I called the same day we moved to report the missing items. They were supposed to follow up and no one did until it was escalated to a manager the following week. The items were never located.
