The overall experience was excellent. The moving team did a great job and were very professional. My only complaint would be the call I received telling me about this survey. The lady cut me off and actually hung up on me when I tried to explain the movers had inadvertently left one of their blue runners. I had also sent an email explaining this to the local company but did not receive any reply. Other than that I was very happy with the service.

Starting with office staff to the moving team, always so professional, courteous, organized and helpful. A great experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Two Men and a Truck. Myself and my family will continue to use them for all moves, big or small.

Our movers (Eric, Esmael and Anthony) were fantastic. They were speedy, careful and pleasant. I would recommend your services to friends and family looking for a moving company.

The move was set up and went as planned . It took less time than originally planned , thus I saved money . One bit of breakage but nothing major .

Pardon my slowness. after I move into my new apartment, I found I hurt my lower back, and been to a Chiropractor to receive some treatment. I am much better now. It was a great fast service. The guys were running up and down making it it super efficient. Would use this service again

Movers were efficient. Some drywall on the staircase ceiling was chipped and a couch was not put back together properly

Three items damaged during transport. There was a change in driver halfway through the move. The move took longer than expected. Three movers showed up vs two, yet took longer than estimated with two movers. The replacement driver left the residence without notifying me that he had left. I used them twice before this move, was very satisfied, but after this move, I no longer would recommend them.
