Overall I was very happy with my experience. The movers were incredibly prompt and very eager. I was told my mattress would be covered, but I watched them walk out of the apartment with the mattress uncovered. I assume it was covered in the truck, but I wish the expectations had been more clear. They were in and out very quickly, not using the entire minimum time. I would have preferred if they offered to unwrap some of my items seeing as I was technically still paying them.
Overall, I was happy, much better than doing it myself. A few things let me down that would make me think before hiring again.

The movers were co-operative and personable in a difficult estate clearance situation with 3 drop off locations. Everything ended up in the correct place without any problems! Very satisfied with the service.

The two men were awesome. They were polite and quick.

The only thing that would change my "overall experience" from good to excellent is an adjustment in the charge for the time of the truck from your office to my first apartment and from my second apartment back to the office. I was charged an extra hour for this. However, with Sunday traffic and the distance, it would have only taken 15 minutes both ways, which is half of what I was charged and would be more realistic. Other than that Melissa was great over the phone and Juan and Trey (I believe their names were) were fantastic and definitely did a great job.

Andrew, ismael, and moussa were absolutely fantastic. Very professional but also easy going. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a mover.

It would be good if movers had slip-on overshoes when going from wet or dirty outdoor conditions to indoors, especially on carpets etc.

I couldn't have been more impressed with the movers - they were SO nice and professional and as a women I felt safe with them in my house. They were quick and friendly and seemed like they genuinely cared about my stuff. When they took less time than originally quoted they reduced the cost of the move. A bigger company would never have done that. I hired 2 men and a truck because I wanted a personal touch and I got one. Also the office staff I dealt with was also very informative and friendly and professional. I had to move a piano and they took care of everything in the most professional way. I will only use this company from now on! Beyond satisfied.

Juan and Cliff where the best. My move went very smoothly thanks to them. They were fast and organized. They were also very personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck's services.
