Life is complicated! Over the last 7 years or so, I have moved about 5 times. Each time I have use Two Men and a Truck. Let me tell you why:
1. The movers are awesome! They are always on time, and have a "can do" attitude, even when they had to deal with my decision to buy 2 boxes short of what I really needed (not on purpose, I promise!). They are just really nice guys!
2. The office staff is awesome! I am sure I have dealt with Jean a few times now and regardless of how complicated my moves got, she was ready to help make this work.
4. Very reasonable prices.
5. I trust Two Men and a Truck.

Overall the move went really well. One of my pieces of furniture was damaged, but the guys were great at getting a report filled out. By the end of the move you could tell they wanted to get out of there and I don't feel they were taking their time. Some other things were scratched, but overall I am very happy with the service I received.

The on-line quote system was easy to use and the promptness to which the office contacted me the next day to make arrangements was excellent. Jean quoted based on the information provided and in the end, she was bang on! I also appreciated the follow-up call & details in packing items (as I hadn't done it in 16 years so all the tips provided were greatly appreciated). The truck & movers arrived precisely at 9:00 am & the work began efficiently and seamlessly. The team laid down runners and protectors were required and were super friendly and respectful of my items.

Even though I was only moving across the hall and just needed the muscle, I was treated like a VIP client. The movers were courteous, respectful, and professional. They knew what they were doing and had all the tools for the job. But most of all, they were fast. They moved my entire apartment in under an hour. I would use Two Men and a Truck again and recommend this company to anyone who needs a professional mover.

The movers had issues with their truck starting in the morning of the move and they were at my house by 1pm (instead of 9am). Cory did call to keep me informed of what was going on, which was great. He added a third mover to make up for the late arrival. Though not within your control, this is one of the reasons I chose 'Good' as an overall rating.
The movers were polite and worked well together. I had a lot to move and they did a great job with all they had to do. I felt comfortable working with them and would hire Two Men and a Truck again.

Booking and estimating process was very easy and clear. Team arrived on time, and immediately went to work. Worked very efficiently. Our belongings were treated with great care and respect. The team effectively dealt with a few challenges (parking challenge at destination. Tight doorframe requiring temporary removal of a door). The guys were friendly and personable. Truck was clean and in good shape. A good experience for us, so we would recommend to others.
