From the moment I filled out the contact form online, to speaking with the office, right through the move, I had a wonderful experience with the company. My move went very smoothly, quickly, and we had a lot of fun. The guys were great. I would move with the company again in a heartbeat, and would totally recommend you guys as well. I'm a very happy customer.

Even though we had marked some boxes as "fragile" we did end up with a few broken dishes.

I recently moved from Ottawa to Kingston. When hiring a moving company, I was extra cautious as I had an awful experience previously. Two Men and a Truck were professional and courteous from the first interaction. I couldn't have been happier with my movers. The guys were so helpful, kind, and willing to do anything to help me. They wrapped every piece of furniture and even put down floor mats throughout my house as to not get the new floors dirty. I will only use Two Men and a Truck if I ever move again. Alison

Some of the reasons why we would not recommend or use the service again. Upon arrival there were only 3 movers, one that left halfway through the move. Others movers were called in to help, they arrived and basically didn't do anything and also left before the move was completed. We moved items ourselves to help out as we felt bad for the two original movers (which were great considering the issues). There were a few scratched items (this from the mover that left early during the first shift). The move took double the time because the company didn't staff the move correctly (you would have required at least 4 movers) which in the end cost us more. Considering just the above, we would not recommend the company.

From my first call to your company through to the last (I had a few changes) staff was courteous, helpful and patient.
The movers were extremely competent, polite, accommodating to us and communicated with each other in a pleasant and helpful manner (they did not know i could hear them when they were moving but I did.

As a manager I would love to have a customer service and moving team as Two Men and a Truck. Congrats !

Moving can be very stressful. Your team came in and were not only professional but kind, and understanding. The two team members, Willy and William were extremely helpful and had myself and my teenager's laughing. Not a single mark on the wall was made. The team made a stressful situation, one that was enjoyable. Thank you to William and Willy.

The young men who moved us where very polite and had a great attitude. They seemed to be happy with their work and helped me to relax.

The move team were excellent overall. They respected my limitations and ensured all my belongings were secure and treated with the greatest of respect. They were fun to work with and the office staff made my booking so easy. Cory and team you made my year and exceeded my expectations. Thanks for all your hard work.
