Ozzie, Jamie and Shawn moved us. They were outstanding during the whole process; courteous, careful and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any move.

The service was fantastic, it was an extremely hot day(44 degrees I believe) and both of the movers still moved extremely quickly and got the job down in less time then I was quoted and were extremely nice. I would highly recommend this company to other people and use it again.

I moved on a swelteringly hot day (47 w humidity) and despite the miserable conditions, Marc and David were amazing. They were polite and took care of my stuff. I was never worried they were going to break anything.

When they started to struggle and slow down because of the heat, they kept apologizing about the time it was taking to move!

I hope the company has a recognition program because Marc and David both deserve to be recognized for their work on a day where the world felt like it was on fire!

Juan and Traii were excellent. They arrived slightly early and quickly went to work! They assessed our boxes and furniture and carefully wrapped as required and started working their magic skillfully loading the truck. They were super polite, responsive, responsible and both had a great sense of humour - lots of smiles and laughs throughout the entire experience! We are thrilled and appreciate the work of these two young men trendously! Once they were done - we were charged only for their time - less than the initial estimate. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!

The three movers that were my moving team were excellent; clean, well spoken, very efficient, careful and I liked their uniform. They made the move a pleasant exercise in a stressful time while remaining professional and friendly. They worked extremely well together and if there was a five (5) star rating, I would give them five (5) stars plus. Also the office staff who came to visit/check were well spoken, friendly and professional. Would/will recommend them to anyone I meet who is considering moving. Cannot get over how the three teammates made the move seem absolutely flawless. They also had a sense of humour - very important. All said and done - fantastic job and the price was extremely reasonable considering the challenging task.

The office messed up twice: at the beginning, the person I communicated with did not follow through to make my appointment. On the day of the move, the movers were scheduled for 2:30 p.m., as a result of the booking issue at the beginning. By 2:50, the movers had not arrived and no one had called. When I called, they said there had been a problem with the truck and they would have an update in .5 to 1 hour. I had to call again to get an update. I was told they were enroute. I called again around 5 and got no answer. The movers arrived about 5:15. They brought 4 movers to speed the process, at an increased cost, none of which was cleared with me in advance. The movers did move quickly but this resulted in a number of damages from scratched walls to a gouge in the hard wood stairs,

The guys that did my move, all 3 of them, were awesome. They never stopped and were very pleasant to deal with. Great with my stuff and considering they were moving heavy items in the heat, in great moods.

It was a great experience. The packing crew and moving crew surpassed my expectations
