I noticed that the movers did not wrap the furniture low enough. My new bookcase was damaged. A report was made and submitted but I haven't heard from the operations manager to resolve this issue.

Movers were phenomenal, they were energetic and completed everything in a timely manor. Some water damage in the couch but they offered right away to fix it, but ended up getting busy and forgetting. Overall very satisfied.

Service was super slow. Movers took as much time as possible: for example the office (and the movers themselves) said that it would take 10 minutes to get from my storage unit to the new apartment, but they didn't show up until 45 minutes later. They said they were lost but didn't call for 45 minutes...then charged for that time.... Just trying to run up a bill. Very unethical.

From our first phone call to them, to the quote process through to the heavy lifting by the movers, Two men and a truck was great to deal with. The onsite movers were professional, polite and courteous. The supervisor kept me informed throughout the move and helped figure out safe way's to move some difficult items. I would highly recommend them to others and use their service again.

Guys were great. Worked diligently and were sensitive to working around old people. Only small issue was that they showed up a bit early. Normally not a problem but made dovetailing the two elevator reservations a bit challenging.
