The entire booking and moving process was very easy! The online booking tool was easy to navigate and staff were very friendly. The moving team was extremely professional and quick. They took great care with my items and could navigate around tight entrances and many stairs.

When a piano is being mover your movers need to all be trained. Only 1 of the 3 movers knew how to lift properly and one of the others almost crushed his feet and ended up dropping the piano on the porch.
Also the drivers need to be accountable for their time and routings. The diver took more than double the transit time we did in our vehicle (2hrs 40 min vs 1 hr 10 min) Easy money for him.

For the size of my move, I felt bad for the movers, because there were only two of them and there was a lot of heavy stuff. If they’re going to have to take on that work, I hope you pay them extra because they deserve it. Definitely needed 3 to 4 movers not two. They did it on time, but I felt horrible for the amount of physical work they had to undertake.

Excellent service! Office called prior to team arrival as discussed. Team was professional, well prepared, friendly. And most importantly, they were VERY careful removing my treadmill from the basement without damaging any walls or floors. It was a challenging lift but they were great!
I feel that the cost was well worth it and I'm very happy to have the space back in my TV room in the basement.

The team was excellent, professional and open to suggestions to get a tough, heavy item navigated thru a tight passageway. On time (actually early), very happy with the entire experience.
