Efficient, friendly, on time, great communication, very reasonable price, would highly recommend!

The whole experience with your team, from working out an estimate, having movers show up on/ just before expected time and completing the job effeciently, without loss or damage to any items, was a satisfying experience, making moving day no more work than it needed to be!

My team was on time and in was cheerful and ready to start. Although it was a 3 Rd floor unit they had the job done impressively fast. The trip to the new place was careful and quick. Again the movers did an amazing job. The cost of the move was reasonable and affordable. This was my second move with the company and I will definitely recommend T

Very efficient, friendly guys. They were considerate and careful when moving every piece of furniture, making sure not to bump walls or doors. It was a very wet and rainy day on our move, and took every measure to ensure that flooring did not get damaged or dirty. Finished the job with considerable amount of time to spare, saving us money in the end. Excellent job! Would definitely recommend!

Our two movers were excellent! Very professional and friendly. Plus they were very quick and efficient and took good care of our items.

I lodged a complaint through the channels provided. I did and asked if my request for the damages and crappy service was fair and have heard nothing. It appears up front that there is concern, but clearly by the actions, not.
Remember the saying that unhappy customers tell 10x as many people as happy ones?

We had two guys load our 20 foot truck and they were awesome.

They went in the ditch and we had to wait for them to get out before we could get our stuff out so that delay was kind of annoying but otherwise it was good.

Overall I would say some things were really bad. The lift on the truck is severely slow and slows down the efficiency. A ramp is much more efficient. I was also told that it was going to automatically cost us another hour because our custodian failed to show up to lock out the elevator. It’s a tough job but all the way we felt like we were being milked for every last possible dollar.

Everything was great once the movers arrived. They were 4 hrs late due to truck issues but once they were there they were quick and careful with our things! Great team!
