From start to finish, the experience was super. Your website was amazing to get started.
Office staff replied to calls and email in a timely manner and listened to my concerns of timeline ie, the elevator is booked only between 1-4.

The moving staff worked so hard. They were polite and respectful.

If I hadn't been in contact with the boss, this would have been a disaster for us. Luckily, he did what he promised and the move was completed.

The movers were 5 hours late due to trucks being broken down. There was no effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. The movers did not have mats to roll out so they were walking all over our rugs and floors with there outdoor shoes. They also did not have straps so they were unable to move some larger/heavier pieces.

The moving team was very professional. All sensitive equipment was properly packed and moved unharmed. I recommend to everyone for short or long distance move.
