I understand that a $35.00 non-refundable deposit meant that if I cancelled at the last minute I would lose it. I thought that after the move was completed it would be deducted off the total bill.

If that is your policy a better explanation should be given. The movers did well with no damages. They were very polite as well.

Booking a truck was fast and easy
The office staff was exceptional. My team of movers was careful, efficient and really professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to book a move.

The two movers scratched the floors in our house, pulled the weather stripping off the door and damaged the door frame. I was not very impressed considering we moved the couches in ourselves less than a year ago without causing any damage to the house.

On time, fast, friendly, professional and efficient. Could not ask for more. Thanks for a great experience!

Erna was a gem to work with! In this Covid19 reality of ours, trying to find anyone that would help us secure our family heirlooms within a 24 hr turnaround from provinces away was a miracle, and Erna made that happen. :-)
