We have been trying resolve an issue regarding damaged items, missing items and well as a completely unusable armoire. We have left several messages and emails with no resolution. We have talked to Erma several tomes with promises to get the issues resolved with no action to date. It has been two months and my daughter does not have a place to put her belonging. Unacceptable post customer service to the point we may have to file a small claims report. A full report was filed with the Winnipeg office including pictures. Plus

Your priority.

We booked based on price. We had 2 other comparable estimates but the date did not work. Other estimates were in person. The movers took 3 hrs longer than estimated. One mover was new first day never did this before. He was willing and hard working, but not efficient. The other mover was training him and explaining things to him. They took a very long time. We called the office the next day and said we did not want to pay for 9.5 hrs, as they took much longer than estimated because of the inexperienced mover and the training all day. The woman we spoke with, Irma I believe, was the rudest person!! She said too bad, we already took the payment. The experienced mover also threw garbage on the driveway and when superintendent asked him to pick it up, he threw more stuff out of the truck!!

your men seemed to be in big rush. they broke a floor lamp that they knocked over because one of them didn't wait for his helper to help him carry out a loveseat. when I asked about lamp they wrote on invoice that they broke the lamp and asked me to sign invoice and never went over list they had me initial. never heard from office about broken lamp so phoned and was told the damaged dept. wasn't there but would contact me still waiting a week later.

I found the whole experience of working with 2 men and a truck to be great.

The office staff were super helpful and described the services and how to best prepare for the day, no questions were too much trouble.

The moving staff we very professional and helpful on the day and moved us to the new apartment with no problems. The staff were punctual, disassembled furniture and moved the boxes very efficiently.

The whole moving process was made much less stressful by the office staff and the moving guys at 2 men and a truck. I would happily recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Great service, the movers were on time as scheduled, were careful with the objects being moved, courteous and friendly. The movers had to deal with 2 high rise buildings with service elevators and negotiating a loading dock and weekday downtown traffic and made it all look easy.

The two movers that handled my move ( TIM and DALTON ) were absolutely fantastic! They worked in extreme heat and took excellent care of our belongings! Would ask for them again and will highly recommend them and your company to others

Movers dropped drawers from my dresser, popping a screw out. They guy said he would replace the screw and have someone come fix it up. Nobody has contacted me since. But, they were quick to collect pay.

Otherwise, service was ok.

I used the services of Two Men and a Truck basically because I have an upright Freezer and felt it will be well taken care of. But contrary was the service I received. It was badly dented all around. Also, i was told two movers will do the work but while two movers started the moving, one person worked for less than 10 minutes and was nowhere to be found. Eventually, one more person joined to unload while complaint was made.
Also, the moving was scheduled for 6:pm but the movers arrived for the moving at 8:30 pm.
Overall, I was not in anyway satisfied with the service received. Not what was sold to me.

We wish Two Men and a truck would have used a larger truck, to avoid two trips, but the crew was professional and proficient for the job!

Very dissatisfied. A piece of furniture is ruined as well as some dishware. Movers were slow and were extremely late. I was offered no discount for the extremely frustrating experience. A 500 sqft apt took almost 7 hrs to move apparently. Would NEVER recommend.
