My quote was based on a whole house. We moved most of the things ourselves and the job still took the same amount of time. Movers ate and drank on the job. Left there garbage all over my home. They had dirty hands which left marks on my walls. They were 2.5 hours late arriving. Took light bulbs out and left them randomly in the house. Terrible experience. The job should have taken 4 hours tops and they charged for 6+ hours. I will tell all my friends and social media not to use this company.

The team you sent, Phil and Chris, and again Phil and Nick, were terrific. Phil was a take charge guy and very quick and organized. Respectful of my Mother’s things. We needed a second move and requested Phil. We would recommend your services to others. Rate a 10 !

Despite my order being an EIA order, I felt that nothing was over rushed and am comfident the same care, attention, professionalism and friendliness were no difeerent regarding the type of the move. I will be moving again shortly into my permanent housing (as this is just a temporary location, being far more accurate with the time involved based on the experience of this flawless move. I would both recommend and re-use yourselves myself in the future, where possible.

Who doesn't dread a move? If you use this company, you won't have to! They made it easy to book, easy to understand the services, respected the timeline, went above and beyond in coping with a few glitched (none having to do with them or their services), instilled confidence that everything would be done well, had a friendly and professional demeanour, great first impression, accommodating, great follow through, checked in with me as move proceeded, and down right efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

I called to have this move arranged for my mother. It was only a bed and 2 pictures. I supplied my credit card number for billing. I was told I would get a 5% discount because my mother is a senior. I clearly explained that the pick up was at my Mother's apartment. I clearly explained I would not be home, and that I gave my credit card so this would all be taken care of. My Mother was at the pickup, my wife at the drop off to sign for the items.

None of this information made it to the movers. I was charged the full amount, they thought I was at the pick up when called, they did not follow any directions I gave to the office staff, and seemed to have been lost for at least 30 minutes. They then required my wife to pay by debit for the fees, even though I gave my credit card info.

My move was challenging because I had 3 flights of outside steps to deal with. The team of Martin & Phil had a great attitude. They worked efficiently and wrapped the couch and bed as needed to protect from the elements. Your fees were reasonable and there were no surprise charges. I will recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone looking for a moving service.

Arrived late for packing day without calling customer to let them know. Customer called the office to find out they would be late. Had to leave after a few hours on packing day to to another job and could not return until next day which was the day of the move.

Everyone was excellent the movers only forgot a couple items that we on the list that my husband advised them to grab

The movers were professional but the move was unnecessarily slow. We estimated we would be able to conclude the move in less than 4 hours but the guys kept dragging their feet. I guess it's part of the plan to engage delay tactics so you can charge more. However, if the pace at which the move was conducted was good, we would have gladly recommended your service to others. I find it surprising that you start charging us from when the truck left your office. Why? The service should have started from when the truck arrived at the location. At the end of the day we were charged for 4hours 30 minutes to move a 2 BR within a 15 mins distance.

Very accepting & accommodating to requests. Movers were hard workers & courteous. Very pleased with outcome.
