The two movers were fantastic, under estimate, friendly, and helped with everything

The only issue we had was the booking time was changed and we were not informed of the new tine. Otherwise we had excellent service. Belinda was great on the phone, very polite, giving me the information I needed. The men were excellent with our furniture. Good attitude and clean appearance. I picked your company because of its professional looking website. I would recommend your company to others. A positive experience all around.

The team showed up on time. Were very friendly and helpful.

My Only comment would be that the drivers should be more familiar with location of move, maybe set on GPS system to ensure no added costs are incurred to the customer because the drivers got lost. Our truck was lost for upward of 40min which was at a cost to me. Otherwise two men on our truck were friendly, worked hard and very consciencious about being careful.

Excellent service. Moving team, very friendly and polite. They showed up on time, worked very hard to get the job done and in a manner which there would be no incidents. Would highly recommend this moving company!

(1) Movers were almost 45 minutes late arriving at starting point - I called the office to ask where they were and did not receive a satisfactory response;
(2) One of the movers was very good, the other didn't seem to know what he was doing;
(3) I was billed for almost an hour of the movers time to arrive at the starting point - I have no way to verify that it actually took them an hour to make that drive;
(4) They moved a coffee table to the end location that I did not ask to have moved - I had to move it back myself or be billed additionally for them to correct their error and move it back.

Day 2 - moving day- Dylan and Mike showed up and I can't say enough good things about them. They were willing, efficient, pleasant, agreeable...... they saved your company's reputation. They are worth their weight in gold and you are fortunate to have them as employees!
After day 1 and the packing fiasco I feel they redeemed all the promises made to me and your company. Thank you Dylan and Mike!

Our movers, Dillon and James, were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They exceeded our expectations, and did their absolute best to get everything into the right place without damaging any of the property. Belinda in the office supported us every step of the way as we were booking and estimating our move. We would definitely book again for our moving needs.
