Movers were wonderful and did what was asked and were careful when handling my things.

The movers had me sign off on the bill and everything was explained to me, but then I received a phone call asking for more money...that is not acceptable, when I had already signed off on everything and the job was finished. That should never happen, not good business. That would be the only issue I had with the business. I loved the small talk the movers had and they had a great attitude and were very helpful with everythingm

The movers were fantastic, they really went above and beyond. They were on time, courteous, moved everything with care.

Booking was an hour late. Communication of this was poor. In the end it all worked out.

Honestly I was fairly disappointed with my experience. I was moving out of my apartment and was told they'd be there for 1-1:30. The move didn't get started until 2:30, which meant the elevator wasn't booked for enough time. To make matters worse, one of the two movers was 14 years old. I had to call a friend to help and we did a lot of the moving. Because we weren't able to use the service elevator the entire time and didn't get two professional movers, the move out took far too long and we were charged significantly more. The movers were very easy to deal with, and the only damage was a large gash on my dining table. But it didn't feel very professional and the bulk of the unloading and carrying up stairs was done by my friend and I, as they emptied the truck into the doorway.

Dillon and James were great guys. Took extra special care since we moved into a brand new house. They were on time and finished within budget. I would definitely hire them again.

Dylan and James were professional and friendly and we were so pleased with their work with us. My mother is a senior and their care with her and her things made the move so much easier. They were prompt, polite and efficient. They were actually running/hustling from the truck to pick up more of her items. Both of the fellows were very personable and it just felt like we were being well taken care of by real professionals. Dylan and James definitely exceeded our expectations. As a person who has been in the service field, I really respect the work that they do and appreciate their dedication to their jobs. Belinda, who was my first contact, was also a pleasure from the start. She is a great ambassador for your company. I will definitely recommend your company to friends/family.

Your website design was very appealing and comprehensive; made a great first impression! Office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, were very pleasant to work with. The movers did an excellent job, were very careful with our belongings and our home. No scuffs, scrapes or broken belongings. Would highly recommend!

There was some confusion about what I was requesting and the movers showed up without knowing they had to pack up my apartment. The movers didn’t have boxes or supplies (luckily I had some boxes from my last move), and charged me the higher moving rate instead of the packing rate. Other than my glassware, nothing was wrapped or packed for moving, my mattress wasn’t covered at all and got dirty.

The movers spent an hour on the clock figuring out who could replace them as it was their day off and they thought it was just a move. After they packed, they told me a new team would deliver but nobody told me when. It took over 3 hours before they showed up without warning.

I got completely overcharged and paid for people to stand around and do a sloppy job.

I was very unhappy with my experience. The movers damaged a large piece of furniture and I haven’t been able to reach anyone to come to a solution.
I also found the movers to be exceptionally slow, particularly in comparison to other movers I had in the past. They would take a trip up the elevator only carrying one box or small items instead of filling the elevator every time. I felt that they were purposely working slower to extend the time.
Overall very unhappy with the experience.
