I chose your company because it says experienced in moving hot tubs. The leader of th trio said he had 20 yrs experience. They had me sign a waiver to proceed with the move. They removed the tub form my yard with difficulty but mostly intact expect for some minor siding break offs. They utilized a special cradle to distribute the weight evenly as it was moved on its side and they transported it on its side to my new residence. They removed it from the truck and this time placed a small dolly right under the centre of the tub on its side -- no cradle as they should have. They rolled it a few feet and the dolly broke through the siding and snapped a major plumbing connection. Final price from my quote nearly doubled and I have broken tub with an expensive repair ahead of me. Awful.

Franky and Jabril helped me on my move and these guys are courteous and care about the job they were doing. I was impressed that I even called their manager to pass on a good word. Belinda the office person has a very pleasing personality and a lovely voice (The kind that you hear in an elevator ;-)) I enjoyed talking to her and she was very helpful and most of all professional. I highly recommend two men and a truck. All the best and more power on your business

Have two issues, a broken end table and two plastic feet off a couch. The movers said the company would take care of it but didnandacirc;??t tell me how or who or what needed I needed to do to make this happen.

My journey with this Co stared with a call answered by Belinda. She was courteous, very pleasant to deal with and very clear about what they offered, costs and terms, giving me a sense of confidence in this company. Before the move we communicated a few times on questions I had and changes to my order and she finally called one final time to confirm the move date and time. The day of the move the movers were there on time and after a quick walk through they completed the move very quickly, even agreeing to take extra pieces as they were ahead of schedule and had the space in their truck... no quibbling or complaining as I had seen with another company. A true customer service attitude and Can Do! performance. High quality and value for money! Plus a welcome follow-up call from Belinda.

The two young men(Dylan and Roman) who moved my belongings were organized and more than willing to make my move stress free. They were pleasant and worked well together. Again-excellent service!
