The boys were polite and on time and even unloaded my personal trailer
I got what I paid for
All good !!

I had my move scheduled for 4:00 pm on Saturday, the movers called at 4:15 to say they would be late and wouldn’t arrive until 7:00. Then they changed it to Sunday at 9:00 am. Sunday at 9:00 they called and said they would be late. At 9:30 they texted and said they would be late. Finally arrived after 10 am and took almost double the quoted time. Very rough with the items.

Truck was almost 2 hours late, when they arrived the truck was not ready to be loaded, needed to be restocked. Movers did not use straps or dollys when moving into destination address. Mover told me it only took 2 minutes to restock the truck. A lie and impossibility. Caught driver on surveillance using personal cell phone for 10 minutes at bottom of elevator while second guy unloaded. Not happy

Our moving team was fantastic and very understanding given the complicated nature of the move. I felt entirely comfortable with them and they were very reassuring which I appreciate. They also did a great job moving the furniture! Also kudos to the office team for also being very understanding and supportive during our move. It made a very tough day unexpectedly better!

Denzel and Ron were very professional and went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely request them for my next move. They are both very polite and willing to help in any capacity.

They didn’t show up on the day of the move. Rescheduled for 2 days later. They put my stuff in storage and lost some of it. The move out of storage was terrible as they showed up with someone else’s stuff. Again, rescheduled for 2 days later. Some of my stuff is still missing.

I can’t remember the names of the 3 gentlemen that moved us, but they were amazing. They were quick, polite, mindful, and were the first team of movers that we have hired that have not cursed a blue streak! Overall we had an amazing experience!

Everything was so smooth and stress less for us. Thanks to Cathy for being so helpful and informative on the phone. Thanks to the mover Harry for being so kind. They kept good care of our stuff.

Denzel and his team were amazing! They were very friendly, professional and did such a great job packing a large amount of stuff into a relatively small place. We will absolutely recommend them to friends and family and would use them again in the future!
