Kendra (in customer service) and Jacob (mover) both provided prompt and great service; Both Kendra and Jacob (as well as the 2nd gentleman who was a mover) were all great, clear communicators and a pleasure to work with! Thank you all :)

The movers did not seem to care about my possessions or house. They dropped, banged and were very rough with everything. They banged things against the walls, seemed uncomfortable driving the truck and got stuck at both locations. My move was delayed 2 hours and I was not offered an apology or discount for this time. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values their possessions.

The entire process was easy, convenient and seamless. The quote was detailed and accurate, and Lucy was great to deal with - very professional and courteous. High marks for the moving team (Emmanuel and Amanpreet) who were prompt, efficient and very careful. They were also very professional. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking for a mover!

From the office team to the movers everyone was very professional and worked hard to ensure our move went smoothly. I had no concerns about my move being completed as the office staff was very organized and promptly answered any questions I had. Our movers did a great job taking care of our belongings and were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Thank you all very much!

We gave very detailed instructions over the phone about how many boxes to bring and what would be required. The team showed up completely unaware of anything and completely unprepared and lacking supplies we gave very detailed information about how to pack things in the trailer starting with the heaviest things first small things and pre-packed boxes last completely disregarded I didn’t have room!

The three men, Lovedeep, Elijah and Teo were incredible, quick, kind, polite. Could not be happier. A friend assisting me, who works professionally with moving companies was very impressed. He does not impress easily.

This group totally rocked, as I told them, moving into is one of the most stressful times in someone’s life. They made this day as positive as could be.
