Our movers hit a tree with the truck first thing. This incident was handled well - they took responsibility and such. However, moral was low and the movers were slow after.
We felt they took many long breaks throughout the day. I think that, on average, for each hour charged, 15-30 minutes was break time. One of the members of the team was particularly slow and on phone calls. Disappointing.

The 3 movers were excellent. They were extremely careful with all of the furniture and movement throughout our house. All the furniture was wrapped very securely. They were very friendly and efficient.

I thought I did a decent job of explaining the contents of my two bedroom. But it ended up taking longer and nearly doubled what was my quote.

The team members were friendly and hard-working, but I am extremely disappointed with the inattention to my belongings. While accidents happen, a TV was broken (this seems to be moving 101), my old front door was damaged, and there was a lack of logic to the packing (and many boxes not labelled!). I've moved (locally & elsewhere) in the past, and I feel that I did not get good value for money.

Great trio of guys, they worked really well together. Able to joke around with them and keep the mood of the day light. They champed it out moving my stuff up and down a few sets of stairs, lots of smiles and laughs. Very polite and respectful.

Booking through the office was easy and quick. I was lucky that they had one truck and team available at the end of the month. The move was well organized, the quote accurate, the communication excellent. The moving team were amazing! Very professional, worked quickly and safely, taking great care with both furniture and boxes. Plus they were just all around nice people. An excellent experience!

The two movers sent were very good with their time. We had setup to move 5 appliances and some boxes, and despite their appearances, they had no problems moving the large items. They were careful and very efficient.

The office staff was helpful and quick to respond and the movers were professional and personable and did a great job moving my things quickly and safely!

All staff office and the three guys on the moving day were great. Made moving less stressful. Very professional from start to finish.
