Paul and Aaron moved me last Saturday. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job wrapping my breakables. They got everything organized and packed in the truck, made unloading and moving in really easy.

Office set-up of the move and communication were great. Movers timing and delivery of service were more than expected.

Would be helpful to ask clients where their material is going.
Our items were not initially packed for a move on a truck because nobody ever asked.

I learned about the company from The Coast annual ratings. The office staff and local owner are very efficient and professional. The team arrived on time and got on with the job very efficiently. The main problems were damage to a wall in the house from which furniture was being removed, and scuff marks on the stairwell. While the items were heavy and the space was awkward, I think the moving team should have been more careful. None of our furniture was damaged and overall the move went well. I would recommend them to others.

Guys showed up on time, were friendly and efficient and the experience was quite enjoyable. I would recommend them to everyone needing movers.

I was very impressed with the two young men who did the move for me. They were extremely helpful and courteous, in spite of the challenges of difficult access to the property.

Crew was great and worked very hard. Mitchell was exceptional, especially since he was training a new 3rd man. Andy, I inspected Jason's truck and it exceeded guidelines, John and Chuck would be very impressed. Jason is doing a great job flying solo here on the East Coast and positively representing the brand.

Things went well, however, I found a little expensive but a pro job.

To charge 129 per hour while two people are in the truck driving doesn’t make sense to me. Therefore price is inflated. And - the truck is huge. This was not a 200-item move. They had difficulty negotiating downtown- more time, more money.

And that is why it cost nearly $700 to move 9 pieces to 3 locations. I was estimating 4 hundred at the most taxes in. Make sense? Please report this fact to your manager.
