The crew showed up time. They were fast and efficient. They were courteous and very helpful. They definitely work hard for their money. I would suggest them to everyone and will use this service again in the future.

I was pleased with the service provided by office staff. The price was very reasonable and the move was scheduled quite quickly. However, when the movers arrived they were 2 hours late, unfriendly and were uneager to start the job (perhaps because they were exhausted from completing another move first). They didn't have the strength to lift my oversized item up a flight of stairs and in the process left multiple dings on my wall and stair railing and also on the item they were moving which I have to repair. If my husband hadn't had a quick reaction to move a chandelier out of the way, they would have smashed that too. Ultimately they couldn't complete the job and said we would have to reschedule with the office with an additional 1 or 2 men. I chose to go with a different company.

The movers did so well. No marks. Super personable. Great attitudes. You guys rule.

Office staff were very responsive and helpful in booking and rebooking as needed and were very pleasant on the phone. The three men who moved us were very responsible and careful and kept their humour and were pleasant throughout the long day. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this service. Thanks!

I had only 6 or 7 pieces to move from my old apartment to my new townhouse, and there were 4 damages in just 2.5 hours. My spider lamp was destroyed, a hole was made in the wall of my old apartment building, a dent was made in the ceiling of my new townhouse, and my bed frame was damaged. I did not receive a call yet from Two men and a Truck for compensation for the lamp or indication of repair of the drywall. The bed frame was only repaired because I had a spare piece of framing at the time for an on-the-spot repair. I expect a call on compensation on May 28.

Because of this, the service experience was poor.

I had used this service in the past and was very pleased...this time was the same great service. Shawn and Jamie were polite and cheerful...very careful and considerate...I highly recommend this company.

The moving team ( Roy and Arron ) were at the move location at the requested time and went about the protective padding on the articles to be relocated as efficiently as possible. They were friendly and polite throughout the move. I could not have asked for a better team and would give them a referral to anyone requesting.

Even though there was a miscommunication and I had more items than expected they handled it very well and helped me through the process smoothly. Thank you so much!
