The office staff and the guys were outstanding all the way through the process

Hi, I needed to hire a company to move our office. I have seen the trucks many, many times and decided to hire them. (Also, because they are local!)

The whole process was well managed. The early correspondence was prompt and clear, we were never left waiting for a follow up. The estimating & booking process was also easy & clear. The move team was excellent, they were all extremely friendly, energetic, and took great care of our possessions. The whole experience was very good, and everyone was very respectful. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for future moves, And would easily recommend the company to friends and family.

Great move with one exception. I had too much going to the storage unit & the movers did not communicate to me just how bad it was so the next day we had to bring items to my living unit & clean up paint that had been spilled plus one of the totes was cracked as too many heavy totes were piled on top of it. The movers were great until this happened & they did not express strongly enough the mess that was left there. I should have taken a look before they left but I was very tired & just assumed all was good. When my daughter went down to the unit she said it was a disaster & because of the way things were piled & the door wouldn't close it would present a danger. If she hadn't got some help to fix this mess I would have heard from the property mgr. Service great but this was not.

Bad experience they promised the will fix my stair case what was damage during moving time still not fixed 2 weeks is gone hope some one will take care.
