Nic, Jon and Brandon were by far the best movers I've ever had! It was a very hot humid day but they worked quickly and never complained. My extremely heavy 1880's piano was a real struggle and just barely cleared the doorway going downstairs but they got the job done. They were very organized, were so careful with everything and nothing was damaged. Sarah and the other office staff I spoke to were also very professional, helpful and informative. Overall I was very impressed with this company, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends and family. Amazing job! Dawna

Everyone from the office staff, the packing team as well as the movers were very pleasant and did their jobs effectively. We, however are having trouble finding stuff; like my MacBook Pro, my Ipad and my PC laptop. If someone would check with both teams to see if they remember in which box they were packed in and where they were placed in the house/garage, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for a service well done!

Our move was a long distance move and we cant thank your movers enough. The movers Nathan, Tyler and Brian were excellent - professional, respectful and kind! I would recommend them to friends and family.

The only improvement opportunity we would suggest is around the initial assessment by your sales team The assessment prior to the move was very off in terms of how much stuff could fit within the truck. Despite selling a number of items prior to the move, all of which was on the original assessment by your sales team the truck did not have the space for all our stuff. We had to make 2 additional trips to transport these items. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

The overall service was very good. Only complaint is with the promised call back to confirm departure of truck en route to location. This call never happened. Fortunately I was at the site already so no harm no foul, but the call was promised.
Otherwise all good. :)

What a pleasureable experience with your internal and external teams. Move day was such a breeze (and it was 44 degree with humidity). Thank you 2 men and a Truck. You guys rock!!
