My movers were good. One of them was exceptional, the team leader was okay, and the other was decent. There was a lot of body odour coming from the team leader even before the job began which was a turn off. Two main complaints: they knew there would be down time waiting for us to get keys for our new place. My husband requested they put the BBQ back together (which they took apart) during this time so we were not paying at the end when they were waiting around; they did not do this. Second they set a guitar with sentimental value outside which blew over and broke and your office is only reimbursing a measly $50. I will be giving a poor review on google and social media primarily due to this reason.

The service with your Guelph location was wonderful. You allowed the move to be less worrisome than prior experiences with other companies. The move took less time than otherwise thought - and the price was made to fit the time and energy the men spent on this move. The men who moved us were good, light hearted and fun, however a bit careless (perhaps because of the "speed" in which everything was done). There was major damage done to our hardwood floors in L'Orignal - the fix will be costly. As well one of the headboards from one of the beds was broken beyond repair. We also found a large chip taken out of the office desk. Losses we will incur.

I was very impressed with the movers. They took great care with our belongings and did an excellent job unloading at our storage facility.

We worked hard to be organized and ready for the move. That paid off in being able to come in well under the quoted amount. Thank you TM&T for helping us keep our move costs down.

Arrived on time and worked hard packing the first truck.
Sloppy packing the second truck and left before they finished taking everything.
Left me hanging with several items left at my old address. I had to go the next day to complete the move. New owner was obliging.
Scratched my stainless fridge.
Used tape on my stove and other fridge which left a sticky mess. They should have used shrink wrap.
Scratched brand new laminate floor in dining room.
Dented file cabinet and I had to pry it open.
Put all the kitchen boxes in a mess in front of my cupboards. They all had to be moved so i could begin to unpack.
I realize that this is hard work and I expect some things will get bumped but this was pure negligence and they didn't tell me when damage occurred
There is more but I am overwhelmed.

I was very impressed with the three young men who moved our furniture and belongings last Saturday. Jackson did a great job quarterbacking the event and Adam and his brother were incredibly polite and very helpful. This despite some challenging pieces they had to lift. They never complained and cheerfully came up with creative solutions. I would highly recommend this particular group of men. Thank you so much for making our move so much easier.

The guys that came to do the work were very respectable and courteous. They were also on time and a pleasure to deal with.

Two Men and Truck were recommended by Heritage Meadows. This was an excellent recommendation. I found the office staff very helpful and explained the services well. The movers were courteous and patient.

Sent one mover with stitches in hand who could not lift. Were very slow to start. Company sent a third mover to help because of injured mover then changed me for him. Guys improperly moved wall unit on its side instead of base and tore off a door. They broke a caster of a coffee table then hid it instead of telling me. I hired the company because you are insured for damage. But had to sign a waiver to move a reclining couch. What’s the point in you saying you’re insured if anything that might break becomes uninsured during move? Do not like the cash or visa only policy. You should have debit machine if the policy is that. I had to run out after a very long day to get cash. Company should never have charged me extra for wasting my first 2 hours then sending a healthier mover. There’s more

Moving is a very stressful experience. One which I have no intention of repeating. Candace and Peter are fantastic and should be cloned. Not only can Candace park that big rig in small spaces but she can lift and carry equally as well as any male you would pair her with. Peter and Candace were great and I thank you for sending them to me.

Awesome company! The team was amazing and were very accommodating to all my needs. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.
