Girl I spoke on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Drivers were on time, friendly and courteous. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

The movers were very professional and careful with my belongings. While my glass tabletop did shatter, it was not due to rough handling, but unexpected temperature changes, and the company is working with me to replace it.
An important consideration going forward, is to not move tempered glass items in sub-zero temperatures. Unfortunately in my case, when the booking was made the weather forecast was predicting much warmer weather for the day of the move.

The 3 young men were fantastic. They were very quick and pleasant, offering help in anyway.

To start, I spoke with Trish in the office. I had loads of questions! She did not make me feel I was asking silly questions at all. We were moving my mum in law from Toronto to a local retirement home. I was stressed particularly because of travelling variables i.e. 401 traffic! And we only had a small window at the seniors home to move in. Trish kept me calm-ish. During the move, my mum in law sat in the middle of it all in her chair and watched. She hadn't moved for 40 years! This was stressful for her. Watching Movers, Candice, Jordan and Chris, must have satisfied her as she sat quietly, overseeing and approving. Her chair was last to load! Thanks to the whole team. Everyone so kind and understanding. Travel time was close to estimate. The team was happy and fun to talk to. A++++++

Movers were very friendly and courteous. They were fast and efficient. Only a few minor damages this time. I would recommend them.

The crew that arrived including Candice, Jeremy H, and Darrian were effecient, careful, and very cooperative. The whole experience went smoothly which was a great relief.

We were really pleased with the services provided from beginning to end, and our two movers were very personable, efficient and hard-working. Great moving experience :)
