The crew was the Best- helpful , hardworking , happy the weather cooperated, and more than willing to do anything we asked - the very BEST!! I would recommend two men and a truck ( we had three men) to anyone that is moving - anyone !!!

We had 2 moves done within a short timeframe. First team was only ok, the furniture was not wrapped the way it details on website; energy was overall low until I started helping. Second team was amazing- great care with furniture, shoes off, v prefessional.

The office staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The estimate was thorough and clear. Due to my new place not being finished I had to change my moving date very last minute and they were very helpful and accommodating. The movers arrived on time and immediately set to work, both were very friendly and efficient. When we arrived at the new place which was still not ready for me to live in there were more obstacles. Both movers did everything they could to make the day easier for me and to help me find solutions to the issues. They offered solutions- including driving a few of my possessions to another address and dropping them off there. The movers were the highlight of a stressful day- they went above and beyond my expectations.

I realize that this is much later in responding than it should be. However because of the birth of a grandson (spent time with my daughter) and the holidays with family all home, I was unable to get to this sooner. But I would like to explain my dissatisfaction with the team who moved me.
I should begin by saying that I was impressed with their efficiency in packing on the Thursday. They were on time, polite and worked hard while they did the job. They seemed to do an efficient job on the Friday while loading the truck too.
I do not have enough space to describe in detail all the things I found: a fancy salad bowl in 3 pieces, a missing sugar bowl, major scratch and smaller ones on my dining room table and buffet, brken glass on my bookcase, chip out of another bookcase. Photos taken.
