I was very disappointed with the time it took the men. They were very slow and did not show any ambition. Even though they had a dolly, they did not use it. They carried each box, whether small or large, one at a time. It took a lot longer than it should have. They asked me many times what to take and they still left some things behind. One of them even picked up an empty cardboard box and

I was really impressed by the entire team, from admin to movers. They accommodated a last minute request to return for more stuff - this is truly appreciated.

Peter was unprofessional and argued with me to use straps after dropping my stove. When I asked him to use straps, he said “do you have any“ instead of getting his own.
The 3rd guy that left at 12 and was replaced was actually the best. He told the others, “you have to wrap that it’s glass”, he was great. I’ve used this company 3 times and it is definitely my last.

We appreciated that the “men” communicated with us about our belongings while they were packing and wrapping. No damage in our house. Furniture isn’t unpacked so we don’t know about that. Please provide bottled water for the movers. We didn’t have any glasses for them to use.

We had three guys move us. They were very professional and very polite. There was no damage and everything was on time and placed exactly where we wanted it. If we ever move again, we will defintely call Two Men and a Truck. Thank You very very much!
