Office staff gave wrong rate, then didnt get back to me. Incorrect address was on account. I emailed to advise and was told it would be corrected. The movers called the morning of the move and still had the wring address.
Movers were top notch.

I moved the whole house on my on in 5 hours and your two staff two 5.5 hours to move about 8-10 items. They got a couch stuck in the stairwell and me and my father in law had to help them. They couldn’t lift a treadmill, I had to help them.

halfway through the move I realized they would take maybe 8-9 hours to do this so I had my truck with me and I started moving stuff myself. I get wanting to drag out a move but never in my life have I seen someone take apart a treadmill that I had already taken apart and ratchet up to wrap it in cloth and plastic wrap to move!

I have had a number of people tell me their whole move from another city cost them 1400.. while you guys charged me almost 800 for 8 items.

I spoke to someone from your company after the move that tried to explain to me that this is normal for any company. Absolutely not, I watched your guys wrap glass parts of a small tv stand for 5-10 min each! I had taken apart the tv stand myself and stacked up the glass... it took them 20 min to remove the tv stand that I could have done in 1 min. And this tv stand cost maybe 25$ why would you spend almost 50$ of moving time to move a 25$ tv stand like this?

I have had some breakage that i have reported so i hope this problem will be resolved. The movers were great to work with they just have to listen closer which would resolve problems that i have had with coolers full of meat stacked in a room full of boxes that took me 3 days to get to.

2 movers with excellent attitude and personable both very well suited for their jobs.

I am very disappointed. They kept adding people to make the move go faster so I ended up paying for too many people. I told them there was dismantling to be done. They wasted 90 minutes trying to figure something out. Almost half of my furniture is damaged, all was dirty from their truck. As I unpack, I’m finding more and more damage. They were careless, didn’t wrap anything properly and stacked things on items that were easily damaged. There are actual gouges in my (new) furniture from them. Scratches and things obviously dropped. Business furniture that I now have damaged and need to replace.
They also didn’t listen to instructions on what to load first, forgot some of my things, so I had to go back and fill my SUV with the remaining items. Everything is dirty from their truck.

Other than our move time being delayed by 2 hours we were happy with the service of Two Men and a Truck. The movers themselves were very nice guys and hard workers and took great care with the furniture and property.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, quick with all aspects of the move. Furniture coved and wrapped to protect which was great. Thanks again for the excellent service.

The truck arrived on time and were very quick to move all the items. They did a wonderful job .

My Experience was horrible, the movers were 7 hrs late, and I had to keep calling to find out were they were. The office manager was horrible to deal with she left a very sour taste in my mouth and because of that I will NEVER use your services every again nor will I recommend you.

The guys made my move fun and an enjoyable move as you know moving is stressful
