I was moving into a new construction home (had just closed the day prior) and the movers scratched my brand new floors in the great room when moving in the sectional couch. The mover told me to call the office for a damage claim. I immediately called the office and they told me the movers should have done the claim before they left. The movers did not seem concerned at all about the damage.

From my first call to you I had a quick quote and scheduled move. The 3 movers who came were polite, carefully wrapped each piece, and loaded quickly. Delivery was also amazing. The team of Elijah, Braydon, and Team Leader/Driver could not have done more to make our move perfect. I had lots of furniture with glass, antiques, even a grandfather clock and all arrived safely. The two movers walked furniture, both light and REALLY heavy, from out building to home, through the mud, and didn't complain. Sooo much work. And no wall dents and little mess. Amazing and over and above.

Team arrived 45 min late which resulted in added pressure from building staff at both locations since the elevators were scheduled to certain times. This also resulted in fees charged to myself due to us going beyond the chosen elevator time slots. Team worked much slower than previous team I had when using this company. Broke once piece of furniture too due to improperly resting on fragile legs.
