Javonte and Makeo arrived promptly on time. They asked what I needed for clear understanding and went to work. They were respectful and considerate. They worked quickly and professionally. I asked for items to be placed in specific groups in the storage unit and they did so. We are very pleased with the service received.

We were delayed 4 hours because another driver was ill, but they worked until 7pm to finish the move.
We were kept informed of the status and ETA.

CJ and his team not only made the move a breeze, but they even made it fun! Made me laugh multiple times, have an amazing sense of humor and made what could’ve been a stressful situation an outstanding experience! They never backed away from a challenge and always worked to resolve anything that roadblocked them. If I were to move again, I hope to get a team exactly like this!
