They moved a piano down the steps by hand which was very heavy and then rolled it across the yard to the truck where they had to lift the piano again by hand to load on the truck. If the company would have let them back the truck up to the porch it would have made the move so much easier on these two men. We tried to let the company know we would sign

The moving team (Dan, Dan and Niles) was great! It was a difficult local move - the first stop had all my furniture and boxes in the basement and an additional stop to pick up my spinet piano before arriving at my bungalow. The team worked well together, even shrink-wrapping upholstered furniture items to prevent damage on a day rain was predicted. I've used you before and will again - thanks!

We had two men and a truck twice in one week. Both time the guys were fantastic. Very attentive to my needs and kept me informed through out the move. I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck this past weekend. The crew was well-mannered, and professional, and they completed most of my move in less than five hours. While there were a couple of minor mishaps, the management/owner (Jeff) went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly. Their customer service and professionalism really stood out, and I would highly recommend them.

The movers ended up needing a second unplanned day and truck. None of the boxes were labeled leaving us to figure out what goes in the apartment and what goes in storage. (ie kitchen close etc) and where. I did not receive an itemized receipt and discovered that I WAS charged for unused boxes that were I FEEL left deliberately at the house.
