I've used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK twice now. Two years ago, a team of movers showed up to pack everything into their truck, left it overnight, and moved it all into the new place in under 6 hours across both days. The movers were friendly, quick, and efficient.
This time, they took 10+ hours to move less stuff. They lied to me about having gotten everything out of the old place. I have picture proof.

Terrible experience. The crew clearly did not want to be there and were in a hurry to get to their evening plans. They backed up into the wall of the apartment building and damage the bricks, cracked my tv screen, damaged my TV console, broke several glass items that were boxed and bubble wrapped, failed to wrap some of my furniture as expected, and I had to put my bed frame back together myself.

As in past moves, this time was no different. Brendon in the office was friendly and made booking the reservation easy. The movers, Daniel & Alex were very professional and helpful. They took great care with packing, protecting, and unloading all of my furniture and bins. Nothing was damaged. The pricing was reasonable and communication/customer service was excellent. Will definitely use again!
