The booking process was efficient. The manager at the office that I spoke with the day after my move was polite and responsive. But I contracted for movers — the worst part of the interaction was the moving service itself. Loading the truck - HORRIBLE Multiple items left behind. Unloading the truck — BAD. Boxes. not properly stacked. Bed not reassembled correctly. TV not unwrapped, etc.

The two men who moved my mom from Douglas, Georgia, today were amazing. They were efficient and caring. They are very good at what they do. I will request them the next time I move. They exceeded my expectations.

The movers were amazing! They had everything loaded within 40 minutes which was shocking! We had a drive and they still had everything unloaded within 2 hours total. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They worked their butts off and did a perfect job! I would also recommend them in training situations as well as a lot of people could learn from them.

First off, Janae is absolutely amazing. Janae explained everything to me and sent the documents immediately. I apologize but I didn't get the moving team's names. All 3 were polite, professional, caring, very respectful and went out of their way to accommodate moving my clothing (I forgot to ask for wardrobe boxes). I am completely satisfied with my move.
