My TV legs were broken by the movers andI was offered $25 because the reimbursement is by weight. I hired professional movers to safely move my items and they were the ones that broken arguably my most expensive item.

The valuation coverage selected for your move was the standard Basic Value Protection option, which reimburses based on weight, not retail value. While we know that can be frustrating, we honored the terms agreed upon prior to moving day. Please contact our office if you’d like to revisit the details.
