Our estate sale company, Brown Button, worked with Two Men and a Truck again this week and the four guys made the pick up/load up experience seamless. They were so hard-working, they followed our system to a T, and the whole day they were polite, in good moods, interacting with the customers, and helping my team with all aspects. I called the STL franchise that I have used before to move and they were amazing! Helped me get my 90 year old mom unpacked and cleaned as bed up. The 3 young men showed up on time and hit the ground running. They did not stop until the job was complete. They communicated and made sure I did not need anything else. Wish all two men and trk franchises were like this one!

Previously used this company to move and had a great experience. The move this week was a lesser experience, damage to a few pieces of my furniture. Pictures sent to their claims department, no response on my request for restitution.

Moving team started off packing fast; then went downhill from there. Did not seem to have assigned tasks so there was much standing around; unacceptable for $400/hour. They damaged 2 walls, left furniture at the old house when it was crystal clear that all was to be moved; then charged to pickup Disassembled a table and then denied it s/b reattached; despite screw holes in the top.
