Kimbra
The time quoted was pretty significantly underestimated (quoted 6.5 hours, move took 9.5 hours). So the price of the move went up pretty drastically for what I thought was a fairly small move (1 bedroom apartment) but it is what it is. The moving team was great and very friendly. There was damage to one piece of furniture but they let us know right away and it was easily fixed later.
Response
Kimbra, thank you for your honest feedback and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we fell short. We're thrilled to hear that our moving team was great and friendly. That said, we're truly sorry the final cost exceeded your expectations due to the difference in estimated vs. actual time. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We also appreciate the team's transparency in flagging the furniture damage immediately — that kind of honesty is something we encourage, though we wish it hadn't occurred.

Earl and partner were fantastic. They worked non-stop and were respectful of my home and belongings. They were enjoyable to have around. The team prepared us well for the visit and followed up right up until and after. Worth every penny. Thank you!
