Alycea
I love using two men and a truck, it’s super quick and an easy process. The crew is always fast and efficient. I have had Dominic twice in a row and he has helped move my apartment and into my new home. He is always nice and respectful he deserves a raise for his work ethic and timeliness. If I ever have to move again I know I will be using the company.
Response
Thank you so much, Alycea! We’re thrilled to hear how smooth and efficient your moves have been. Dominic will be so proud to hear your kind words; he truly sets the standard for great service. We appreciate your continued trust and look forward to helping you again whenever you need us!
Janet
Both movers were extremely pilot and helpful. Everything went very well.

Brandon and Amani were outstanding. They were respectful, courteous and kind.I would request them if I ever move again. We were their second move of the day, however, I never felt rushed in any way. Upon parting, I said”Go straight home”, just to be funny. I was shocked to learn they had one more move. It was after seven pm. They seemed excited about helping another family. Very impressively.

The moving team was polite, efficient, and took great care of our items. They communicated well and were overall an extremely pleasant team.

Apparently, the Albany office is a new office for Two Men and I Truck. The inexperienced 'movers' they have working for them I maybe would trust to move a box out of a truck and that is about it. They are not experienced movers AT ALL and a complete waste of time and money. Do not book this company in the Albany area.
Steve
Great crew.
Worked hard and fast but with care.

I have used Two Men and a Truck multiple times over the past 15 years. Each time has been a good experience, which I cannot say about other moving companies I have used before. The people are capable, cheerful, look healthy and are careful. Keep up the good work!

Richard
I was very impressed with the pre-move process (communications estimates etc.) and the move itself (efficiency of process, communication with the team etc.). I was completely satisfied with the overall experiance.
Response
Thank you, Richard! We’re so glad to hear you were impressed with both the pre-move communication and the move itself. Your satisfaction means a lot to us; thank you for choosing our team!
Bert
The crew was professional and courteous. The club chairs (white) should have been wrapped in plastic. They had several black smudges on them and required cleaning. Everything else arrived in good condition.
Response
Thank you, Bert for your feedback. We apologize that your chairs were not handled properly but are glad to hear that everything else arrived safely.
