With a mission of Moving People Forward® to their next steps in life, we're proud of our 96% referral rate — which means most of our customers would refer us to friends and family for their upcoming moves. See what our customers have to say about their TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® moving experiences.
Dan
Initially, we were referred to two men and a truck to move some larger items into the new home. After the movers were unable to remove the couch (That myself and one other were able to move on our own at a later date) they left early, moved some of the items back into the new residence, leaving mud stains on the new carpet, as well as a hole in the trim from a puncture.
Response
Dan, thank you for sharing your honest feedback about your moving experience with our Champaign team. We are truly sorry to hear that our movers did not meet your expectations, and we would appreciate the chance to correct our mistakes. We will be reviewing this with our team and will ensure that this is corrected for future moves. Please give us a call at (217) 398-2636 so that we can start the damage claims reporting process.

These three guys were the kindest young men. They were extremely helpful, timely and careful with our move. They were gracious and with our collectibles, gaming towers and desks. Would 10/10 recommend them again.
