Very disappointed. The crew only loaded the truck about 6 feet high despite having an 8-foot truck, leaving significant unused space. I was forced to sort through belongings and ultimately throw away about $2,500 worth of items. This was my second move with them, and I actually had less furniture than the first time. Multiple items were damaged, bedding was removed from protective bags, and I was told I was signing one document but later found my signature on eight. Would not recommend.

June 1, 2026 was our sixth move with you. We were lucky to have Leo and Ramon assigned to move us. They were both incredible. They were professional, responsible and really cared about our belongings. You could tell that they took pride in the job that they were doing. The two men that completed my move, were extremely courteous, they explained to me the process all along the way and addressed any concerns that I had. They truly made me feel like a valued customer and cared about my concerns.. They were extremely careful with my items. Based on just the two gentlemen that serviced my move today, I wish I could recommend them personally. Efficient., knowledgeable., and five star service.

We were initially ok with our service but found the two support feet for our master bed broken and obviously hidden out of place under our bed 1 week later. Very disappointing as this was a wedding gift and our only new furniture in our home.
