My experience with two men in a truck was very positive. Both the moving staff and the office staff were very helpful and polite.

KATHY
I can honestly say that we had the best 3 guys to help us move. They all worked hard and worked well together. Daniel, Chris and Dwon(sp) were very easy to work with and were a pleasure to be around and all had a wonderful attitude. I would/will definitely use them again. Thanks to Two Men and a Truck for such great service. Sincerely, Cathy and Chris

The part that was supposed to relieve stress from moving was the part that caused me the MOST stress. The moving team was lazy and horrendous. The new people moving into my home were there before my movers were done and commented after seeing their terrible work ethic, "Did you get the remedial crew or what?". To top it off, the fridge I asked them to carry downstairs they left in the garage. BAD
Response
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the added stress this caused. This is not the level of service or work ethic we expect from our teams, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to review what happened and address your concerns directly.

It was super easy to set up the move day and the communication was fantastic from the start. The two guys that were there for the move in day were simply FANTASTIC. They were incredibly courteous and considerate and took much appreciated care with moving our items. I will happily use your crew again in the future! Thanks for all the help.
