When the "experts" came by to give me an estimate, I thought they knew what they were doing. I had two other estimates that were a bit higher than 2Men, so I went with 2Men to save $. Now I wish I had stuck to my original choice because I was charged an excess of $400 because it took longer than anticipated. Also, the contract was not explained in detail. I wasn't aware than I would be charged in 15 MINUTE intervals over my allotted time. I was never given a detailed bill or an explanation.

Excellent crew, fast and efficient professional workers. Extremely competent and thorough given the tight time lines required to accommodate elevator access and traffic during move. The staff at booking was very thorough anbd were very professional on the phone. Any and all questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Our moving crew of Jon, Leroy, and Jase were excellent. They carefully loaded and unloaded all furniture and boxes. We’ve used Two Men and a Truck numerous times for our moving needs. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a move.

The process from booking until the truck was unloade at our new residence was seamless and all the staff handled their job with courtesy and professionalism. The four guys as part of our moving crew did an excellent job showing up on time, getting all of our stuff loaded in the truck and then traveled a distance and unloading it all very efficiently given the heat in the afternoon. They were willing to add service and move a hottub at our new residence which helped us out a ton.

I am extremely pleased with how the move went. The communication from booking to the move day was excellent. Thank you Brian for all your phone support. The day of the move Matt and CJ were on time, then never stopped working and they were very friendly. It was a long hard day, and they were still smiling at the end. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
