The communication between the back end and staff performing the move is poor; we had opted for unpacking services. And thus, we now left with unpacking tons of boxes. Clothes were packed with waste bins; towels were packed with shoes - are we expected to wash every thing!Kitchen stuff was not packed properly leading to leaks! The call back staff only kept apologizing with no resolutions provided!

Bradley and Kalil were methodical and attentive to details while helping load the moving truck. They accommodated the furniture efficiently and with care. Reasonable for the most part, second time using this company and unfortunately their lead guy had a attitude problem. I will be cautious using them in the footie without reassurances.
